Wherever your next adventure takes you, we’ll do our best to get your Saint Fish order to you safely and on time.
Saint Fish delivers across the United Arab Emirates, GCC and worldwide.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
4-Hour Delivery – Dubai
We are constantly working to make your shopping experience with Saint Fish as easy and convenient as possible.
We currently offer 4-hour delivery within Dubai for eligible orders placed between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM , Sunday to Saturday, subject to product availability and delivery coverage.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed for delivery within approximately 4 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following working day and delivered within 4 hours from the time the order is confirmed.
Important Information
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, promotional periods, high order volumes, courier delays, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
Please make sure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
Our courier may contact you by phone to arrange or confirm delivery. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery because the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements may be required.
Orders placed during public holidays or other periods when our delivery service is unavailable will be processed on the next available working day.
4-hour delivery is currently available within eligible areas of Dubai only. Delivery availability may vary depending on the delivery address and product availability.
Dubai Deliveries
- Free delivery on orders of AED 500 and above.
- Orders of AED 500 and above are delivered within 24 hours or the next business day, subject to the order cut-off time.
- Orders below AED 500 are subject to a minimum AED 25 delivery fee and are delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, will be processed for delivery on the next business day.
- Delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
Abu Dhabi & Rest of the UAE
- Free delivery on orders of AED 1,000 and above.
- Orders of AED 1,000 and above are delivered within 48–72 hours.
- Orders below AED 1,000 are subject to a minimum AED 35 delivery fee and are delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are delivered through our nominated courier partners.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
GCC & International Deliveries
- Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and order.
- We ship to the GCC and selected international destinations. Some countries or locations may have delivery restrictions.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applied when your order arrives are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by the destination country's authorities.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment on working days.
Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed and dispatched from the following Sunday.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package along the way.
International Orders
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance times may vary depending on the destination and are outside Saint Fish’s control.
