Shipping Policy and Delivery

 

Wherever your next adventure takes you, we’ll do our best to get your Saint Fish order to you safely and on time.

Saint Fish delivers across the United Arab Emirates, GCC and worldwide, with orders shipped via FedEx.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.


Dubai Deliveries

  • Free delivery on orders of AED 500 and above.
  • Orders of AED 500 and above are delivered within 24 hours or the next business day, subject to the order cut-off time.
  • Orders below AED 500 are subject to a minimum AED 40 delivery fee and are delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, will be processed for delivery on the next business day.
  • Delivery hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
  • We do not deliver on Sundays or UAE public holidays.


Abu Dhabi & Rest of the UAE

  • Free delivery on orders of AED 1,000 and above.
  • Orders of AED 1,000 and above are delivered within 48–72 hours.
  • Orders below AED 1,000 are subject to a minimum AED 45 delivery fee and are delivered within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are delivered through our courier partner, FedEx.
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


GCC & International Deliveries

  • Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination and order.
  • We ship to the GCC and selected international destinations. Some countries or locations may have delivery restrictions.
  • FedEx is our primary international courier partner.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applied when your order arrives are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs duties and taxes vary by country and are determined by the destination country's authorities.

Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment on working days.

Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed and dispatched from the following Sunday.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package along the way.


International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs clearance times may vary depending on the destination and are outside Saint Fish’s control.
